Welcome to the website Ononnyo.in (“Website”, and/ or its affiliates ("Ononnyo", "we", "us" and "our") respect your privacy and protection & security of your Personal Information is one of our top priorities. This online Privacy Policy discloses our information practices for the Website and subscriber/membership-based services ("Services") including the type of information being collected, method of such information collection and use of such information.

If you do not provide the information Ononnyo.in requires, Ononnyo.in may not be able to provide all of its Services to you. "Personal Information" is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. Ononnyo.in is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your Personal Information in accordance with its privacy standards as well as any applicable national laws. Ononnyo.in may transfer data to other persons as described in this Privacy Policy. Ononnyo.in may process and retain your Personal Information on its servers in India where its data centres are located, and/or on the servers of its third party (in or outside India), having contractual relationships with Ononnyo.in

a. Information that may be collected 

i. Ononnyo may collect and store any information that you may provide on our Website. To enable you to become a member or subscriber of our Website, we need to have your basic Personal Information. Apart from this, when you visit our site, our systems collect details about your computer system and Personal Information like your IP address. Please note that your IP address does not identify you personally. 

ii. We will only have Personal Information about you if you are willing to provide it. The Personal Information you provide should be accurate. Please make sure you update your Personal Information if any of your details change and immediately delete all inaccurate information provided by you without any delay. 

iii. The details required may include your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, membership account information, preferences, time zones, reviews, comment lists, searches, billing information and payment information. 

b. Consent for personal information  

Before submission of the Personal Information on the Website, you would be asked to give your consent on the Website to use your Personal Information by us. 

 

The consent given to use the Personal Information can be withdrawn by you at any time. All actions taken by Ononnyo.in before withdrawal of the consent by you will not be affected due to withdrawal of the consent. Further, upon withdrawal of the consent, you will not be able to subscribe the services and membership of the Website. 

c. Permissible age 

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18, unless permitted under applicable local laws ("Permissible Age"). We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from users or market to or solicit information from anyone below the Permissible Age. If we become aware that a person submitting Personal Information is below the Permissible Age, we will delete the account and any related information as soon as possible. d. Information from third parties 

Ononnyo.in may collect, process and store your user ID associated with any social media account (such as your Facebook account) that you use to sign into the Services or connect with or use with the Services. When you sign in to your account with your social media account information, or otherwise connect to your social media account with the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. This could include, without limitation, any information that you have made public through your social media account, information that the social media service shares with us or information that is disclosed during the sign-in process. Please see your social media provider's privacy policy and help-centre for more information about how they share information when you choose to connect your account. 

e. How will we use the information 

Ononnyo.in does not allow any unauthorized persons or organization to use any information that Ononnyo may collect from you through this Website. Ononnyo.in uses the Personal Information collected from you and about you for a variety of purposes, including: 

i. To process and respond to your queries.

ii. To fulfil any order made by you and to communicate with you when necessary. 

iii. To contact you about our news and offers that we think may interest you, or to tell you if we change anything important about how the Website works, or the terms of use of the Website. If you no longer wish to receive messages of this nature, please contact us and send an email to let us know at mss@ononnyo.in. Alternatively, you may unsubscribe by clicking on the option at the bottom of any of the emails you receive.  

iv. To contact you about the Website and Website related news and Services available on the Website; monitor and improve the Website; calculate the number of visitors to the Website; update you on all the special offers available on the Website and provide you with a better shopping experience.

f. Will we share your personal information with anyone else? 

Unless expressly mentioned in this Privacy Policy, we will never release your Personal Information details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide, as described in this Privacy Policy, in the following ways: 

i. Upon placing an order, some of your Personal Information will be passed on to the others who shall need to have access to some Personal Information like courier companies and payment gateway partner. We have a non-disclosure agreement with this third party. The payment gateways are certified by all the major card issuers to hold details securely.
ii. May share collective information such as demographics and Website usage statistics with our sponsors, advertisers or other third parties (such third parties do not include Ononnyo's marketing partners and network providers). When this type of information is shared, such parties do not have access to your Personal Information.
iii. With our subsidiaries, affiliates or group entities.
iv. With a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Ononnyo assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by Ononnyo about the users of our Services are among the assets transferred.

If you interact with social media features on our Services or use your social media credentials to log-in or post content, these features may collect information about your use of the Services, as well as post information about your activities on the social media service. g. Accessing & correcting your personal information 

We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the Personal Information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates. If required by you, Ononnyo will delete the Personal Information provided by you on the Website. Upon deletion of your information from the Website by Ononnyo, copies of your information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our Website.

h. How long will we keep your information?

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary and consistent with the purpose for which you have given it to us. Except where needed to respond to a query from you or fulfil an order, we will delete your Personal Information on request by you.

Ononnyo reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the site fraudulently. Ononnyo reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

m. Change of privacy policy

Ononnyo reserves the right, in our discretion to change, modify, add or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time as required by applicable laws. i. All items purchased from Ononnyo.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ii. Ononnyo’s products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging before handing it over to the delivery carrier. Any damage or loss thereof, does not come under the purview of Ononnyo.
iii. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arise out of, or in connection with, the use of this Website.

Product Descriptions

i. Ononnyo.in and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Ononnyo.in does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free; especially in cases of antique and vintage products which are sold on an 'as-is-where-is' basis. We take our quality checking process very seriously. On receipt of your product, keep an unboxing video ready to help ascertain that the onus of any probable defect rests on Ononnyo.in and not the carrier. If a product offered by Ononnyo.in itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, along with its original packaging and accompaniments within 24 hours of receipt, to enable us to process refund. Please refer to our Exchanges, Returns and Refunds section for more details.
ii. The information contained on this Website is for general information purposes only. While we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability concerning the Website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Pricing Policy

i. Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our Website, whether in Foreign Currency or INR represents the full price of the product, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees. 

ii. Precious metals: Please note that our pricing for products containing precious metals is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices and their antiquity value, so our prices change as well. Prices on Ononnyo.in are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Ononnyo merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase. Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on Ononnyo.in due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices.
iii. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
a. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
b. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
iv. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in INR which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value-added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your bank account/ credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

Shipping Policy

a.General
i. All of our Ononnyo orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse/s in India to your provided shipping address via our authorised courier services. Processing the order normally takes 2-3 working days and Shipping normally takes 4-7 working days on an average. National / State and banking holidays are excluded. Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days from the date of order and receipt of payment. Shipping charges within India is free. Orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days depending upon the location. Deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. For any customised orders, the delivery date will depend upon the intricacy of the product and the customizations involved.
ii. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and national, state and festive holidays and shipping time is to be calculated accordingly.
iii. In case of incomplete addresses or wrong phone numbers provided by the customer, there may be delays and the shipping company is unable to reach the customer as a result. You agree that in such cases all delays and returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.
iv. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
v. Tracking details of the order will be provided once Ononnyo ships your products and you will be able to track your parcel easily once tracking details are update by the carrier. 

vi. Shipping destinations offered by Ononnyo.in for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
vii. We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our Website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within around 2 - 7 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
viii. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
ix. Our courier service will attempt delivery at the address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable due to incorrect address or other details. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call our courier service’s designated Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package. If a package is returned to us by our delivery agents due to the above circumstances and the package needs to be resent to you, then a shipping cost will be levied for domestic orders. The package will be shipped out once the shipping cost has been received by us.

b. International orders
i. You understand and agree Ononnyo.in is bound by the Indian regulatory framework for e-commerce exports of jewellery and other products through courier mode and hereby agree that your transactions and receipt of purchase orders with Ononnyo.in are subject to the requirements under such law and regulations, including but not limited to mandatory clearance for export, custom assessment and examination, procedure for re-import of returned jewellery items in case of exchanges or returns in international purchases, etc.. You hereby agree and commit your full cooperation and compliance for procedures required under Indian law for e-commerce exports through courier mode and agree not to hold Ononnyo.in or Ononnyo responsible for any loss whatsoever whether monetarily or otherwise, relating thereto. You agree that title for purchased items from Ononnyo.in pass to you upon our delivery to the authorised carrier for international export. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this Website.
ii. The minimum shipping cost for international orders starts at INR 2500/- for up to 500g and shall thereafter increase based on the weight of the package.
iii. International deliveries may take anything between 7-25 working days. Deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. For any customised orders, the delivery date will depend upon the intricacy of the product and the customizations involved. Delay in international shipments due to Customs procedures, or country-specific holidays may vary the shipping time accordingly and is not within the control of Ononnyo.

iv. Our courier service will attempt delivery at the address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable due to incorrect address or other details. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call our courier service’s designated Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package. If a package is returned to us by our delivery agents due to the above circumstances and the package needs to be resent to you, then fresh shipping cost will be levied for such orders. The package will be shipped out once the shipping cost has been received by us.

Cancellation Policy

i. Please email us at mss@ononnyo.in to cancel your order.
ii. Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order, and only if the order is not shipped. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
iii. Cancellation fee of 3% bank transaction charges will be deducted at the time of refund for cancelled orders in case of Debit/Credit card/NEFT/ Wallet or any online mode of payments.

Duties and Taxes

i. All of Ononnyo’s orders are shipped domestically and internationally from our warehouse/s in India to your provided shipping address by our courier service providers. Due to the nature of inter-state or international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state or country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent Customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional Customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
ii. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our courier service provider to Customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our courier service provider for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery. Ononnyo takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

a. General
i. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
ii. We are based out of India and no returns on any International orders are accepted.
iii. Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, finish, condition and age before placing your order. We try and mention all possible information on our Website. Please feel free to mail on mss@ononnyo.in or call or message Ononnyo.in in case you need any more information / photos or videos before you make your purchase decision. Please refer to our Product Descriptions section for more details. Custom orders or by specific requests will not be eligible for refunds, exchange or cancellation.
iv. Return of product is only entertained in the event of a defect in the product tagged as New, or an acute color mismatch between the physical product and the product as displayed on our website. A call will be taken post receiving the product via post.Returns will only be accepted if you have received an incorrect product. In case of receiving an incorrect product, the same needs to be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving it and the tracking shared with us within the 24-hour time window. No returns will be accepted after that.

b. Return of product/s for domestic shipping
i. The product should be returned in saleable condition in its original packing. The invoice copy / Delivery Challan / payment proof in original will be required to be submitted at the time of such request.
ii. Please email us at mss@ononnyo.in with a photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt.
iii. Once Ononnyo.in approves the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
iv. Ononnyo.in will issue a refund to the credit / debit card / your bank account. Refunds will only be made within a week / 7 business days after we have received the shipment. Please note no refunds will be made into PayPal accounts.
v. Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.
vi. Ononnyo.in aims to process all returns/refunds within 2 weeks’ time of the issue being raised.
vii. Ononnyo.in reserves the right to request the customer for identification.

Product Properties and Wash Care

i. All products of Ononnyo.in are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, woodblock printing, embroidery, etc. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
ii. Colours: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor resolution, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor is the accurate representation of the actual colour.
iii. Red and blue vegetable / organic dyes tend to run or bleed. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned. However, we recommend home-wash by hand with Reetha / soap-nut and a few drops of fabric-softener.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

i. This site is provided by Ononnyo.in on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ononnyo.in makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. 

ii. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Ononnyo.in disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Ononnyo.in does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from Ononnyo.in are free of viruses or other harmful components. Ononnyo.in will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
iii. Whilst we try and ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of the products displayed on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order that you may place based on such erroneous, inaccurate or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. 

iv. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ononnyo or Ononnyo.in assumes no liability or responsibility for (a) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content displayed on the Website; (b) any personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Website or any product; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website; and/or (e) any bugs, viruses or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Website by any third party.
